These can be silicone-based chemicals which when injected into the wall, create a layer of water repellent sheet which does not allow the water to get into the wall.
Membrane Proofing: This method can be adopted at the time when the construction is still going on. So, in this method, a damp proof or waterproof membrane is placed at the bottom of the concrete slab to prevent it from dampening in future. This can be the most efficient method.
